Full-time, Permanent Roles & Responsibilities Monitor network infrastructure using tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, or Dynatrace Triage and resolve network incidents (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) Implement network changes following change management process Troubleshoot routing and switching issues (VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP) Manage wireless network including APs, controllers, and client connectivity Respond to network monitoring alerts and perform first-level diagnosis Escalate complex issues to L3 network engineers with detailed documentation Maintain network device inventory and configuration backups Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support Assist in network capacity planning and performance reporting Perform routine network maintenance and firmware upgrades Update network diagrams and documentation Job Requirements Diploma or Bach...
