We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in an ISP or Telecom environment. In this role, you will serve as the first line of defense ensuring maximum network uptime, stability, and performance. You will actively monitor core transport, IP, and wireless networks, perform rapid initial troubleshooting (L1/L2 triage), manage incident lifecycles, and coordinate with field teams and carriers to resolve outages within strict SLAs.
