Overview

The role is for a Network Engineer with a keen interest in network support. The engineer will provide day‑to‑day customer communication and support network infrastructure.

Responsibilities Communicate with customers on a day‑to‑day basis. Provide network support and troubleshoot network issues. Handle multiple tasks and prioritise accordingly. Collaborate with team members and share knowledge. Maintain and support network infrastructure and documentation. Qualifications Minimum 2:1 in Networking or another relevant computer/IT related degree. 1–2 years of similar experience as an IT Support Engineer.
