- Administer, monitor, maintain and optimize WAN, LAN and Wi-Fi networks for optimal performance and maximum availability.
- Ensure that all network devices (routers, switches, load balancers, wireless LAN controllers) and firewalls remain in good working condition.
- Configure, troubleshoot and resolve issues within network and security areas including performance and capacity issues.
- Provide technical support and consultation, conduct procurement and perform project management activities for enhancements and changes in network and security configuration.
- Update and document all network configuration, firmware, network diagrams and cabling for all end-devices.
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering or related fields with at least 4 years of relevant working experience in network administration.
