Network Engineer L3 (AU Offshoring, Hybrid)

What are we looking for?

The L3 Network Engineer is responsible for the ongoing support, maintenance, and operation of customer network environments within the client's managed services business. The role focuses on network operations, troubleshooting, incident response, service continuity, and proactive support, ensuring customer networks remain stable, available, and reliable.

Skills Required

• 5+ years supporting enterprise network environments within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or multi-customer support environment.
• Strong hands-on experience in enterprise routing, switching, LAN/WAN, wireless networking, high availability, and network security technologies.
• Current Cisco CCNA Enterprise or Security certification required; and Fortinet NSE4 (or higher).
