Network Engineer L2

We are seeking a skilled L2 Network Engineer to support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting complex network issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high availability and performance of network systems.
Key Responsibilities
Perform network assessments and recommend upgrades and improvements Implement, monitor, and maintain network systems and controls Create and maintain network documentation (diagrams, SOPs) Lead troubleshooting and resolution of network-related issues Collaborate with IT teams to support business-critical applications Ensure timely resolution of escalated issues and maintain customer satisfaction Prioritize multiple technical support requests effectively Assist in root cause analysis and problem management Support and guide junior engineers; act as SME when required Participate in complex projects and lead technical initiatives
