Network Engineer

Network Engineer independently provides full design, configuration, and support for common data networking implementations (hardware and software), including contact center and network security technology. The role assists senior technicians in designing, configuring, and supporting backbone networks, security DMZs, Storage Area Networks (SAN), and other highly complex and critical solutions with regional and potentially global impact. It ensures appropriate failover solutions are implemented and tested to meet business continuity needs, performs complex video networking for board meetings and conferences, and provides global support to resolve network outages and diagnose application problems. The engineer may also provide technical guidance to associate network engineers.
