Network Engineer

Independently provides full design, configuration and support for common data or voice networking implementations (HW and SW), including contact center and network security technology. Assists senior technicians in design, configuration and support of backbone networks, security DMZs, Storage Area Networks (SAN), Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) solutions, contact center and Intelligent Choice Response setup, and other highly complex and critical solutions with regional and potentially global impact.
