About the Role
As a Sr. Network Engineer, you will be part of Insight’s Infrastructure Managed Services team supporting multiple clients across diverse technologies and challenging projects. You will lead documentation efforts, provide expert-level network support, and drive continual service improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead procedural and help documentation writing.
- Analyze and resolve high-repeat incidents through root cause analysis.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert and escalation point for complex tickets.
