Network Administrator (5296)

SMX is looking for a highly motivated **Network Administrator** to join our growing team in Patuxent River, MD!

This position will provide onsite support at Patuxent River NAS in southern Maryland and requires a **DoD Top Secret** Security clearance which requires US citizenship for work on DoD contracts.

As the Network Administrator, you will join a team of highly-driven, supportive, and skilled professionals engaged in supporting program management, technical, or business case analysis across the NAVAIR community.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Manage and administer all network devices including deployment of new technologies
+ Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and application-level connectivity and performance problems
+ Maintain network boundary security
+ Participate in network security incident investigations
+ Perform audit reviews of STIG standards and STIG updates of assigned devices
