Overview

The role is a Network Administrator – 3rd Line Support Technician – responsible for providing hands‑on operational support, developing the support framework, and implementing network services within the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑level (3rd line) support across core systems and infrastructure.
• Report directly to the IT Manager and collaborate with stakeholders on projects.
