NetSuite Support Engineer (Release Management)

Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Remote / Day shift in the Philippines (Overlapping with the US Team - for communication)

Role Overview:

This role focuses on owning and optimizing the NetSuite release process by executing deployments of SDF Account Customization Projects and SuiteApps across multiple customer environments. The successful candidate will manage the deployment queue, automate workflows for efficient developer hand-offs, and collaborate with on-call engineers to troubleshoot and resolve deployment incidents. This position requires a proactive, mid-level professional who can take ownership of the technical ecosystem and maintain clear communication throughout the release cycle.
