Key Responsibilities<br />
- Lead and mentor .NET developers.<br />
- Define architecture and coding standards.<br />
- Conduct design/code reviews.<br />
- Develop scalable REST APIs and backend services.<br />
- Collaborate with stakeholders.<br />
- Optimize databases.<br />
