Description Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt. This position is paid on an hourly basis and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with Colorado state law. SUMMARY OF POSITION The Case Manager helps tenants of 2700 Wewatta identify and achieve goals that help them maintain safe, stable housing, employment, and education. This person guides tenants toward empowerment, community connectedness, self-sufficiency, and independence. The role may also include managing the front desk part-time. This will entail ensuring secure access to the building, meeting and building rapport with tenants, and assessing and intervening in crisis or safety incidents.
