Nephrology Physician

BC/BE Nephrologist - Exciting opportunity for a to join a not-for-profit health system deeply rooted in the local community. The flagship hospital is a 99-bed acute care facility and the sole community hospital in the region.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert diagnosis and management of acute and chronic kidney diseases.
• Treat and manage conditions including CKD, ESRD, glomerular diseases, electrolyte disorders, hypertension, and AKI.
• Oversee care for patients receiving, inpatient, in-center hemodialysis, and home dialysis modalities.
• Conduct inpatient nephrology consults and maintains a robust outpatient clinic presence.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teamsincluding hospitalists, intensivists, and primary care physiciansto deliver coordinated, evidence-based care.
• Participate in call rotation shared with the nephrology team.
