Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Nursing
- 7+ years' experience, incl. 3 years as Head Nurse
- Master's/Diploma in Management (preferred)
- Strong leadership & managerial skills
- Dataflow required; Saudi license a plus
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire nursing staff, ensuring high standards of patient care
- Advocate for patients and families with dignity and respect
- Manage unit resources, budgets, and performance plans
- Drive continuous improvement and evidence-based practice
- Oversee patient education programs and staff development
- Conduct meetings, appraisals, and support recruitment/retention
- Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
