The Ladywood Regeneration Meanwhile phase will place increased pressure on the public realm, particularly during periods of active development. This will inevitably bring heightened scrutiny from residents, partners, and the media. Through the Resident & Community Charter and Meanwhile Offer, the Council has committed to maintaining high standards of estate cleanliness, reducing fly‑tipping, creating safer communal spaces, and ensuring a visible on‑site presence throughout the regeneration process.
