Needed: assist with miscellaneous moving tasks for house move

I'm moving house soon and need help with various small moving tasks. The job includes carrying lighter furniture, packing and securing items for transit, loading and unloading boxes, and organizing boxes in the new home. I would prefer someone who is careful with fragile items, can lift up to 20 kg, and can follow simple instructions. Access to a parking space near the building would be ideal, and I can provide packing materials if needed. The move is within the same town in Ireland, and I’d appreciate a friendly, punctual helper who can start in the morning.
