I'm looking for a versatile IT helper who can tackle a range of small, ad-hoc tasks around my home office. The job includes troubleshooting a slow computer, setting up a new printer, updating software, transferring files, and a quick clean-up of my external drives. I’d also appreciate some guidance on basic cybersecurity practices and backup strategies. Comfort with both Windows and macOS is a plus.
