Need long-term childcare for reliable care and routines

I'm looking for a trustworthy babysitter/nanny for ongoing, long-term childcare. The role would involve supervising my two children after school, helping with homework, preparing meals, and ensuring bedtime routines. Ideally, the candidate has experience with children aged 5 and 8, a valid DBS check, first aid training, and references. I prefer someone who can commit to several afternoons per week, punctual, warm, and able to engage the kids with creative activities. The schedule would start after school around 3:30-4:00 PM and run until about 7:00 PM, with occasional weekends. Flexible with holiday days and occasional extra hours.
