Need help with a furniture move and loading help

I’m moving apartment and need a reliable helper for loading and unloading a few heavy items. The job involves transporting a sofa, bed frame, several boxes, and a small dresser from the current flat to the new place about 20 minutes away. Access is straightforward, but there are stairs at both locations. I’d prefer someone who can help with wrapping or securing items if needed and who can bring a dolly or straps. The date is flexible, and I can adjust start time to fit a comfortable window between 9:00 and 16:00. Please mention any equipment you can provide and your estimate for the total time.
