Need help mounting a wall mirror securely in living room

I’m looking for a reliable handyman to mount a medium-sized wall mirror in my living room. The wall is plaster over brick, and I’ll provide the mirror with its mounting kit. I’d prefer someone with experience hanging heavy items and minimizing damage to walls. Please bring appropriate anchors, screws, a level, and a drill. I’d also appreciate advice on the ideal height for hanging and any safety considerations. Availability on weekday mornings would be great.
