Need help installing skirting boards in living room

I'm looking for a reliable handyman to install skirting boards along the walls of my living room. The room is about 4.5m by 5m with one door and a couple of sockets to work around. I’d prefer straight cuts, clean paint-free edges, and neat caulking where the boards meet the wall and floor. It would be great if the person could also fill small gaps and finish with a tidy paint touch-up. I have the skirting boards ready and can provide additional materials if needed. Please include an estimate for materials and labor, and a rough timeline for completion. I am flexible on the start date but would like the work done in the next week or two.
