Need help installing curtain rods accurately in living room

I'm looking for a reliable handyman to install curtain rods in my living room. The walls are plaster with decent stud coverage, and I have two window openings of standard width. I’d like the rods mounted at a height that allows long drapes to hang nicely, and I prefer hardware that is sturdy and discreet.
