Need help fixing wall-mounted shelves securely to wall

I’m looking for a handyman to install and securely fix a few items to the wall. The job involves mounting wall shelves and a small coat rack in a living room. I have the brackets and screws, but I’d appreciate advice on the best anchor types for plasterboard and brick if needed. Ideally, the work would be done with precision to avoid any wobble, and I’d like a neat, clean finish with cable management where necessary. Flexible with date, but prefers a morning start.
