Need expert for installing irrigation system in small garden

I’m looking for a reliable gardener to install a complete irrigation system in my small back garden. The project includes planning zones, laying out tubing, installing drip emitters, a mains water connection, and a timer controller. I’d prefer a water-efficient drip system with mains connection and a simple timer. Some parts of the garden have uneven ground, so careful installation and neat cable/pipe routing is important.
