Key Responsibilities
Manage and expand distributor/dealer network in Hubli, Belgaum and surrounding areas
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Fans & LED Lighting products
Build strong relationships with electrical contractors, retailers, and institutional buyers
Conduct field visits, market mapping, and competitor analysis
Train and motivate channel partners for better visibility and sales
