I’m looking for a dependable tailor or seamstress to do some clothing alterations at home. I have a few pieces that need hemming, taking in seams, and a small repair on a velvet jacket. Ideally, the person can measure on-site, advise on best adjustments, and complete the work with careful stitching. Please include about costs for fabrics used and a rough timeline. I would prefer someone who can work quietly in a living room or spare room and bring a portable sewing kit.
