Responsibilities

• Manage all pre‑installation works: Ensure availability of adequate and firsthand information of contractual scope of works and deliveries. Plan material deliveries in conjunction with factory and supply chain. Monitor shaft readiness and ensure shaft dimensions as per approved shop drawings. Ensure adequate resources planning to meet project’s contractual requirements. Award purchase order for subcontractors, local materials in conjunction with Project Manager and supply chain.
• Coordinate with main contractors, architects, and consultant teams on the project’s requirement: shop drawings, technical submittal, material sample, method statement & inspection and test plan approval.
