**Description**
**NDT Trainee** will assist the UT Level II Technician with the Ultrasonic Testing activities while gaining experience and knowledge.
**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:**
+ Assist technicians with setting up and tearing down of equipment
+ Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks, calibrations, and overall upkeep of equipment and facilities.
+ Assist with proper documentation and reports on services provided.
+ Learn and abide by company policies and procedures.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
+ In-house plant/shop atmosphere.
+ Interaction with other crew employees, as well as supervisors and clients.
+ Working in plant and/or shop areas around other NDT inspection equipment and Forklifts moving parts around can cause elevated noise levels.
+ Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection.
