This position focuses on assisting rural and underserved healthcare organizations in connecting to, and fully utilizing, NC HealthConnex, the state s health information exchange. The Specialist provides expertise in Electronic Health Records (EHRs), healthcare interoperability, clinical workflow integration, and data quality improvement to ensure providers submit accurate, standards aligned clinical data that supports statewide care coordination and population health goals.
