Nawah: Emirati Talent Program — Real Work & Growth

Nawah is a structured Emirati talent development program by Al Dahra Agricultural Company in the UAE. Interns gain real work, real projects, and real mentors from day one, with NAFIS registration and Abu Dhabi Pension Fund participation. Top performers may be offered full-time roles after graduation.

The four tracks include commercial agreements, customer interactions and CRM, freight and logistics support, and involvement in nutrition and animal production at Al Ain Farm.
