The Singapore Shooting Association (SSA) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Rifle Coach to join our High-Performance Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing Singapore's national rifle athletes and enhancing their competitiveness on the regional and international stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Raise the performance standards of National Team rifle shooters to compete successfully at major regional and international competitions, including the Southeast Asian Games, Commonwealth Games, Asian Games, and other international events.
• Prepare and guide athletes towards qualification for the Olympic Games and the achievement of podium performances.
• Design and implement individualized training programmes for assigned athletes, ensuring a structured and holistic approach to performance development and athlete progression. <...
