National Sales Leader — Steel Manufacturing Growth

Real Steel in Hautapu, NZ, seeks a National Sales Manager to lead nationwide sales, customer service, estimating, and marketing. You will report to the MD and guide growth across Plate Processing, Wearparts, and Foxbox divisions, ensuring the annual sales budget is met and sites remain optimally loaded.

You will shape how the factory runs, build scalable sales systems, and develop a high-performance culture across dispersed teams while engaging with customers and partners across New Zealand.
