National Recruitment Specialist

Job Overview

The National Recruitment Specialist (NRS) is responsible for scheduling and executing national undergraduate recruitment activities, including budget, travel, communications, research, and data analysis across Canada, primarily outside Ontario.

Key Accountabilities

• Leads and implements national recruitment activities, including:
  • Organizes, oversees, and executes travel to strategically selected high schools and community organizations within Canada (outside Ontario), managing logistics, solving problems, and developing detailed plans.
  • Leads proactive recruitment events such as presentations and networking with prospective students, guidance counsellors, and Waterloo staff and alumni.
  • Collaborates with campus partners to secure support for out-of-province events.
