National operations manager

Responsibilities Lead and oversee operations across our national franchise and depot network. Drive linehaul, distribution, collection, and delivery performance across South Africa. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Partner with franchisees and operational teams to implement best practices and optimise performance. Monitor and improve key service metrics, ensuring industry-leading customer experiences. Develop and implement operational strategies that support business growth. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and operational innovation projects. Manage major service escalations and drive effective solutions.
