National Field Service Manager

The National Field Service Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for directing and optimizing field service operations, execution of multiple maintenance projects, and outages nationwide. This role ensures the safe, profitable, and high-quality delivery of specialized engineering and maintenance services on heavy industrial plant equipment (including boilers, environmental equipment, and pressure vessels) across various client sites.
The successful candidate will manage multi-disciplinary field teams, oversee complex operational logistics, and act as the primary interface for key industrial customers and corporate stakeholders.
