Result of Service The ultimate result of the assignment is the final independent evaluation of Harare Sustainable City Initiative (HSCI): Promotion of Carbon-Neutral Urban Basic Services and Energy-Efficient Built Environment project validated by the Evaluation Reference Group (ERG) composed by representatives of Sida, the UN-Habitat Evaluation Unit, the Project team, as well as representatives of other key partners involved in the project implementation.
