Reporting to the **National Director of Autism Services** , this highly visible leadership role combines clinical expertise, training, consultation, and workforce development to support autism and educational programs across the country. You will collaborate with clinical and educational leaders to strengthen service quality, enhance RBT supervision and professional development, and promote best practices that improve outcomes for individuals, families, and communities.
**Position Details:**

+ **Travel:** Monthly travel to Devereux centers
+ **Salary:** $82,000 - $98,000 annually, based on experience
