Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit potential VAR partners aligned with market goals
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions for new VAR partners
- Maintain and support VAR relationships through calls, emails, and quarterly reviews
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop partner empowerment strategies
- Utilize CRM to track sales performance and address underperformance
- Develop long-term channel strategies with the executive team
- Identify market trends and provide feedback to product teams
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in channel management or sales
- Experience in a startup environment preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong understanding of VAR networks and the technology market
