Nanopore Sequencing Research Associate Position

KisoJi Biotechnology is hiring a Research Associate to drive our Nanopore sequencing projects at our Montreal facility. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in molecular biology techniques and a passion for cutting-edge technology.
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing experimental workflows for Nanopore sequencing, which includes quality control and data analysis. You will create DNA constructs, collaborate on project activities, and contribute your technical expertise to enhance team effectiveness. Meeting project deadlines with high-quality results is key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute Nanopore sample preparation and sequencing pipelines
• Create amplicon libraries for NGS applications
• Design, clone, and purify DNA for tests
• Analyze sequencing data and prepare reports
• Contribute to effective SOP development and teamwork
