E-Commerce Key Account Manager (EKAM)
You are responsible for building high-impact strategic partnerships, ensuring world-class education translates into operational excellence and sustained business growth in both retail and services.
Responsibilities
- Assist in executing the overall eCommerce strategy development and campaigns to enable the growth of eCommerce.
- Drive operational excellence by liaising closely with e-distributor (enabler) partners to ensure all eCommerce campaigns are well executed within the given timeline, ensuring eCommerce achieves its GMV ambitions.
- Collaborate with Brand marketing to define customer experience and e-merchandising, ensuring brand presence is consistent with overall Brand standards and strategy.
