岗位职责

• 确保国际文凭组织的MYP标准与共同核心标准无缝对接。
• 与教师合作，设计并整合跨学科单元，以反映MYP的跨学科方法。
• 了解国际文凭组织框架和共同核心标准的最新发展，为培训活动提供信息。
• 担任国际学校与国际文凭组织（IBO）之间的主要联络人。
• 通过鼓励教职员工、行政人员和后勤人员之间的团队合作，促进协作性的学校文化。
• 倡导以学生为中心的学习环境，确保MYP课程满足所有学生的不同需求。
• 有效管理和分配资源，以支持PYP课程和相关活动。

• Job Responsibilities
• Ensure seamless alignment of the MYP standards of the International Baccalaureate Organization with the Common Core standards.
• Work with teachers to design and integrate interdisciplinary units that reflect the interdisciplinary approach of MYP.
