MWR Food and Beverage Director

Summary This position is located within Navy Region Southwest Fleet Family Readiness (FFR) Department and is responsible for multiple and varied food and beverage facilities at Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake (NAWSCL). Responsible for the oversight of the food and beverage operations within the designated installation which includes, but is not limited to, developing and implementing marketing and menu plans and developing and overseeing budgets. Performs other related duties as assigned. Responsibilities Maintains operational NRSW standards directed towards accomplishing the basic mission of the activities, prepares operation budget for review, ensures food and beverage services, facilities and equipment are in good repair, supplies are of good quality, properly programmed, marketed and advertised, properly priced for resale or consumption and are oriented towards patron satisfaction.
