Multilingual Collections Specialist

Location: Fairview (Onsite)



QUALIFICATIONS

Fluent in one of the following languages:

• Thai

• Vietnamese

• Cantonese (Hong Kong)

• Bahasa Indonesia

• Khmer (Cambodia)

• Mandarin

• Japanese

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Able to speak fluently and naturally in a professional environment

• Can understand complex conversations and implied meanings

• Working knowledge of English (training and client systems are in English)

• No prior BPO experience required! Applicants with excellent language proficiency are encouraged to apply.





PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NOT REQUIRED)

• Previous Collections or Accounts Receivable experience

• Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process

• Experience handling billing, payments, or customer account concerns
