Multi Trader

We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join our team working on social housing and void properties in and around the North London areas. This is an ongoing opportunity for the right candidate with consistent work available.
Requirements:

* Must have your own van suitable for transporting tools and materials

* Own tools

* Experience working within social housing / void properties preferred

* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently to a high standard

Skills Required:

* General carpentry works

* Bathroom installations (bath & toilet fitting)

* Kitchen installations

* Patch plastering

* Fitting DGUs (double glazed units)

* Painting & decorating

* General maintenance and finishing works

* Ability to complete a wide range of refurbishment tasks

What We Offer:

* Competitive day rate (£200 – £220)
