Avalon is currently recruiting for a Multi-Trade Operative in Hertfordshire to support our client.

The opportunity: A client in Hertfordshire is seeking a Multi-Trade Operative to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. This role will require travel within London, and someone with substantial trades experience within electrical, carpentry and plumbing. The organisation is seeking an individual who is immediately available and eager to join their forward-thinking organisation to support empty properties within the Social Housing space.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands‑on maintenance and repair tasks, including diagnosing faults, troubleshooting, and ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard.
