Annual salary: up to£38,703.26 per annum. Company van and fuel card. 42.5 hours per week (8‑5 Monday‑Friday). Full‑time, permanent contract in Thurrock, with the possibility of national work.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a multi‑skilled operative to support a busy responsive repairs contract in Thurrock and work across the UK. The role involves delivering high‑quality repairs and maintenance across a range of trades (carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating) on occupied social housing properties. Responsibilities include responding to day‑to‑day repair requests, carrying out repairs, and providing excellent customer service.
