Multi‑skilled Maintenance Operative
Location: Stepney Green + travel round London
Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 depending on experience level
Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday09:00–17:00
UK manual Driving Licence Required (Category B or above)BT (*no more than 3 points accepted)
We are looking for an experienced, multi‑skilled maintenance operative to join our in‑house team, looking after a portfolio of HMO properties across London. You will work on both reactive day‑to‑day maintenance and small projects such as partitions, refurbishments and garden work and properties safety for our tenants.
Key responsibilities
Carry out day‑to‑day reactive repairs at HMO properties across all London boroughs, including basic carpentry, minor plumbing, minor electrical, painting, decorating and cosmetic refurbishments.
