Location: St. John's, Newfoundland (Hybrid work setup).

We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Lines Claims Adjuster to join our team in St. John's, Newfoundland. This role offers a hybrid work setup. The successful candidate will evaluate claims through loss investigation and negotiate settlements in accordance with provincial licensing requirements while maintaining adequate production levels and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Investigate multi-line claims and adjust losses
• Reviews and analyzes experts’ reports
• Selects and directs independent experts
• Maintains accurate expense accounts
• Work with manager to maintain client relations
• Ability to liaise and work with all facets of the insurance community including brokers, risk managers, legal counsel and regulators
